Apply Adhesive

The InSoFast panels are installed by applying a 3/8" bead of foam compatible adhesive to the surface of the ribbed attachment studs.

• PL300^® Foam Board Adhesive
• PL^® Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive
• OSI Pro-Series^® QB-300™ MultiPurpose Construction Adhesive

Mechanical Fasteners

At times mechanical fastening may be required.

• Use Mechanical fasteners if.
• The concrete surface is dirty
• Drywall is installed immediately
• You are installing InSoFast on top of a weather resistant barrier

There are three recessed attachment points on each stud face. 

Drywall Installation
Building Codes require a 15 minute thermal barrier.

• Standard 1/2" drywall.
• Studs 16" on center
• Standard course drywall screw
